Posted on: June 19th, 2011 How do I know you for Real?
For years now this question pops up and is a legitimate one and difficult to answer with what we see happening around. I will try to explain You my version, the best possible, considering my command of the English language is not that great: Have been in the business for 24 years this September 24th. We maintain 10 sites with hosting and webmaster fees. We spent thousands of dollars for advertising every week. We have 6 phone lines with toll free numbers covering every corner on this planet and we staff the phone lines 24/7. We answer the Live Help most of the day and night. We maintain offices with staff. We pay weekly – monthly – yearly fees, there is not enough space to post them here. Now does it make any sense after all these, to try to scam you of a few hundred dollars of deposit? The largest portion is paid after you arrive. These are funds are used to pre-pay the all inclusive resort which you can confirm your booking by calling the resort. It does not make sense and on top, You can easily post a letter on the Net with facts and official invoices that can bring the whole operation down! Again I ask you, would you go through all that trouble for a few hundred dollars? And if yes, how many times we could have escaped criticism in 24 years?
How do I know you are not a scam?
For many years, especially since 1998 with the Internet, had so many callers asking the same question,
I enjoy speaking with all of my prospective guests and answering their questions. I am available 24 hours a day to help you. I work hard to provide a good vacation and continually strive to improve and change in part due to my many conversations with all of you. I designed my web site to answer all of your questions before you even speak with me. Nevertheless, the purpose of the website is getting you to call me and become a friend.
One question remains and it is often asked, “How do I know you are not a scam?” That question is not easy to answer. (Henni Youngman) “How’s your wife?” “Compared to what?”
Since we are both a Canadian and Dominican company, I will keep the answer Canadian. Was Canada 3000 or JetsGo just a fraud? These Canadian Airlines went out of business and stranded thousand of travelers. Some of the travelers lost all of the money they paid without recourse. I have been in the adult travel business for over 15 years. I am proud to say every customer had a great time and got home safely.
“How do I know you are not a scam?” Compared to what company? Ford Motor Company recently recalled thousands of vehicles due to a problem that actually resulted in the death by fire of few of the occupants of a Ford vehicle. A problem they knew about for almost a decade. OK what you mean is a fraud when compared to the other adult travel companies.
Since the advent of the Internet, anybody can put up a site in a day and start a business but we were the first ones to design that vacation 15 years ago. We were the ones that took large loses until we found the balance between pricing and services; we are the ones that understand the hospitality Industry and adult business too (which is the tougher part).
“How do I know you are not a scam?” The short answer is “You don’t!”
However, we are much less a scam than almost everyone else. You have a better chance of being scammed by your government, any airline, E-Bay or any internet company. We will work hard to make you happy. Your happiness IS our business, our only business. In addition, we only accept a deposit. The majority of the cost of the trip is not paid until you are at the resort and checked in.
